Amazing location in the middle of Arequipa. Very instragramable place. We loved the breakfast and the thoughtful attention to have it packed when we went on a tour at 3am in the morning.
The room was not to the level of what we paid : very tiny and old bathroom, very loud (we could hear both the restaurant, the street, and what was happening in the room next to us), isolation was terrible (the room was really cold and no heater was available), WiFi was unstable, one of the room didn’t have any plugs close to the bed. We could have read about it but were disappointed to discover the pool was on extra at $17 for an hour.
To conclude, the hotel has a huge potential but we felt the confort was missing in regards to what we paid (70€/night).

Staffs and location
They should not put room 206 to service, it is moldy and very bad. Thanks to staff they moved us to better room next day
