Very friendly and helpful owner greeting upon arrival. Was given some pastries and fruit by the owner. Very modern and fairly recent apartment on two main floors with the basement a very large room with billiard and pingpong table, in case you had bad weather! In a very rural and quiet town near the ocean. However, you will need a car to get to anywhere else. Kitchen was furnished well in commodities (paper towels, condiments, coffee, tea, etc) but could have used more utensils, a microwave and a dishwasher to be considered a luxury rental.

Bedrooms were a bit small, bed and sofa not very comfortable. Many lights did not work, especially in the kitchen. The nearby "beach" was not attractive (garbage and junkyards all around) nor usable (no beach area and poor access). Wifi was weak in the apartment.

Our third visit to this wonderful Home. Just like our previous visits, Voula met us with warm smile, a hug. and a fresh basket of Fruits. The house was again spotless inside and out and everything was in perfect order. A great place to relax and enjoy the nearby sites. We are looking forward to our next visit to Vathi.

Everything is amazing, the host Fulla is very nice and professional. The house is amazing, the village is pretty and comfy, and the location is breathtaking. the beach is so nice and relaxing
