The location, the facilities.
It was extremely hot even while using Fans, its almost impossible to be at home during the day.

Excellent bed, with great support - the most comfortable that my wife and I have ever had. (The make is Emma.)
Very good towels.
Superb location - very close to the centre.
Quiet location.
Good shower.
Two big wardrobes.
There is a small safe, but it isn't attached to anything. A robber could simply carry the whole thing away, and open it later.
Take care - the top floor apartment, the one for two people, doesn't have a lounge or a kitchen. To be fair, this is explained in the information, but the photos show a kitchen, which there is for the two larger apartments.
The television is via the internet, and, quite often, it froze - internet too slow?
It rained heavily and a lot of water entered the apartment under the front door, which has no raised step - just a roller system to attempt to prevent water coming in, which didn't work.
