Das Apartment ist geräumig (3 Schlafzimmer) und war sauber. Die Kommunikation zuvor und während des Aufenthaltes war sehr gut. Auf Nachfrage wurde Fön und Laken schnell geliefert. Netflix-Probleme wurden persönlich gelöst. Restaurants und das Zentrum sind fußläufig erreichbar. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist nachts ruhig. Der Bus-Terminal liegt nur 2 Häuserblocks entfernt.
Keine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine wie in der Beschreibung. Kein Toaster, kein Bügeleisen, kein Geschirr-Handtuch, keine Teelöffel, Schere,... Wenig Gläser. Nur ein Bad ist mit Dusche, das andere „Bad“ ist ein Gäste-WC (Toilette/Waschbecken). Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock (= 4. Stock in Amerika / Ecuador). Viele Stufen, kein Aufzug.
