Gloria, the manager, is responsive and helpful. Please know the apartment is very secure and the neighborhood is very safe. I appreciated that the apartment has a washing machine and reliable Internet. Since I'm now dating a person from nearby the apartment's vicinity, I can confidently describe the location as if I were from the area. It's not in Giron, but rather the neighborhood of El Porvenir in Bucaramanga. El Porvenir is however near Giron and also the Bucaramanga neighborhood of Provenza. Within walking distance is a huge mall, El Centro Commercial Unico, along with countless other retail establishments. I recommend the fast food restaurant Kiki Riko, also located on calle 105.

I didn't like leaving the apartment! I only left because I had to return to work.

La dueña del apto, sale con un precio diferente a la publicación, y lo mismo el horario, nos puso a correr a la hora de salida, era a la 1 y me llamo que era a las 12. Feo

Bien ubicado, muy tranquilo y limpio

Solicitamos un ventilador y llegó tarde de la noche, sumado a eso el ventilador estaba en mal estado.
