Oakmead

We loved sitting in the sunroom, pretending we actually lived there. Such a peaceful restful stay, yet a 10 minute walk to the train station to take you exploring around the Cotswalds! We rented ebikes that were delivered right to our door, another day we hoped on the train to visit Oxford. Both were so much fun.

Property was in a good location being only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street, located in a quiet culdesac with parking on the side of the property, also a private enclosed rear garden. The property had everything you require .the property had a railway track running behind it but the train runs slowly by and didn’t make much noise, inside was lovely and warm and the fresh milk and shortcake bites was a lovely touch.

Nothing, property was lovely, could only be improved with a slightly later leaving time.

Cosy little house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials provided as well as plenty of tea, coffee and milk. Spacious bedroom with plenty of hanging space & coat-hangers. A lot of thought has gone into what guests might need including eg an umbrella at the front door. Sunny, enclosed garden. 1 minute walk from a lovely bakery and 5 minutes walk to fields and marshes.

Duplicate emails from Sykes Cottages and Booking.com are annoying.
