Tony and Chris welcomed us into their amazing home and this was an experience as well as a comfortable and luxurious sta

our stay was an experience as well as being clean, comfortable and inviting. The house has been beautifully restored, with such attention to detail and it was a real delight to experience this. Thoughtful touches like fridges in each room with milk provided and tea and coffee making facilities as well as toiletries were much appreciated. The setting was stunning and the location great for exploring and accessing local amenities.

Excellent all round

Extremely well appointed rooms and bathroom, with the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a long time. Definitely book the Thomas room if you get the chance. The property owners were very friendly.

Toni & Chris were exceptional hosts. They were not only friendly and welcoming they were also attentive to detail and knowledgeable about the area. The house is stunning, situated in a remote part of Wales with beautiful scenery. Perfect for what we needed, it definitely didn't disappoint.

Delightful house which is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Our private bathroom was absolutely stunning, loved the decor. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and warm. We had a fantastic night sleep. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. I have already recommended the accommodation to friends, as we are due to get married in the area next year.

Stayed for a family wedding taking place nearby. This is a beautifull property, lovingly restored and nicely decorated, each room having its own style and personality... Was co cerned at it being a shared bathroom , but this wasnt an issue... No food served at property, but kettle and tea/ coffee available in room. These are clearly detailed in the property listing, so if they are a deal breaker for you, don't go. But if you want a warm welcome, friendly hosts with comfortable roons then definitely recommend.

Dramatic room decorations and attention to minute interior details - very tasteful. Stylish bathroom design. Very friendly reception. High standard of cleanliness. Beautiful gardens developing.

There is TV,free WIFI,tea & coffee,small fridge and bed was very comfy Situated in the very nice town of Newcastle Emlyn,with it's quaint shops & pubs and restaurants.

It was room only and separate shared bathroom,which it does mention on the facilities.

A lovely place with a fantastic atmosphere – I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful – they created a warm and welcoming atmosphere right from the start. Great communication and a genuine care for guests. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay.

No real complaints – perhaps just the shared bathroom, but this was clearly stated in the listing, so it wasn’t an issue. Everything met our expectations.

Very tastefully done and spotlessly clean. Tony and Gary (who checked us in) really friendly and welcoming to this wonderful house.

Nothing but would have liked a key to our own bathroom, I know not easy due to the original old doors. Obviously it was lockable on the inside but I’d know for next time not to leave my toiletries in there!

Fantastic location to explore, Stunning accommodation, wonderful hosts and great value for money!

Chris and Tony are wonderfully personable and attentive hosts, and provide a very detailed list of things to do and places to eat. Our personal favourites were Aberaeron, New Quay, Llangrannog and the walk from Tresaith to Penbryn. One eatery not mentioned in the blurb, but recommended by Chris, was Phat Forks which was fantastic. The house itself is situated in a fabulous location, from which you can explore much of Ceredigion. The rooms are very stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and furnished with all you might need for a short stay. Exceptional value for money! We will most definitely return. (We stayed in the 'Thomas Room', which has its own private bathroom, and is absolutely GORGEOUS!)

Lovely room and bathroom the owners were really nice and welcoming and friendly.. the bed was very comfortable and we slept well there. I will go back again and enjoyed our stay.

The only disappointment was the fact I thought I had a bath but on arrival I realised I hadn’t read the information correctly but next time I will book the grand bedroom and private bathroom it looks amazing.
