The location is perfect – in the very city center. The apartment is spacious, offering two bathrooms (which is beneficial if you are 5 people as we were) and a very well equipped kitchen. Also, the free parking lot (close to the property) and the wi-fi in the apartment were great.

The apartment is old and needs some serious improvements. The second floor with two bedrooms is ok – one of them is quite spacious and perfect if you like vintage furniture. On this floor, this is the room with air-conditioning - the other bedroom does not have it. The second air-conditioner is in the bedroom/living room on the first floor. The first floor in particular would benefit from a renovation. Although the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, it needs refurbishing – e.g. painting of cracked walls, uncomfortable chairs. There has been a problem with the plumbing system, which luckily did not affect us personally except that for one day, we could not use the bathtub and for one night, we had to close the main valve. We were five people and we were provided only one key, which was a problem in terms of organizing our activities independently.

The property is centrally located within the old city and generous in size. It has a charming vibe of days gone by. Access to restaurants, cafes and shops is fabulous and parking is provided at a location nearby.

It can be noisy with scooters being the main offender, particularly at night and in the early hours of the morning. Disappointingly, the room advertised in the pictures with air conditioning was not made up for us. Another room at the rear without air conditioning was made up instead , but because of the heat , we ended up sleeping in the two singles downstairs because that room had air-conditioning. The property is in need of maintenance and repair. An outdoor chair broke while sitting in it. The front of a kitchen draw came loose and fell on my foot, bruising it. The shower head doesn’t work and fell on me also. A metal sun umbrella on the terrace was not secured and blew down below where guests were also staying.
