Das Personal zeichnete sich durch außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit aus. Die Organisation von Ausflügen erfolgte reibungslos und effizient. Das Personal war jederzeit erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet und die Ausstattung entsprach höchsten Ansprüchen.

Pleasant staff. Good welcome. Pool area nice. Food nice.

Rooms were not as per pictures. Rooms we booked (2 poolside rooms next to each other) were not available when we checked in so we had to take rooms upstairs instead on order to be together (2 adults 2 teens). Patio door did not stay closed when using patio so room warmed up. Some light bulbs were out. Quite dingy. Bathroom was grubby. Asked us not to plug in fridge for more than an hour each day but it worked perfectly fine. Air-conditioning ok but not great. Really hard beds. Did not sleep well. We booked and paid for 5 nights but left after 1 night. Construction work going on next door too. Expensive in comparison to where we moved to which was 1000% better in all aspects.
