Bon emplacement. Quelques équipements de qualité bienvenus. Fer à repasser, bon frigidaire, lave vaisselle, etc, etc...
Ménage très très approximatif. État de la salle de bain désastreux. Douche déglinguée, évacuation d’eau difficile, carrelage explosé. Température d’eau chaude brûlante à revoir certainement... Appartement chaud inadapté par temps de canicule équipé d’un seul ventilateur à colonne poussif. Mezzanine basse, étroite, avec un accès peu facile et certainement dangereux pour de jeunes enfants.
