Oraphin, Taka, and Yui were amazing hosts during our stay in Zao Onsen. The place was warm and inviting, with the hosts making us feel comfortable from the very beginning! We will be back again when in Zao Onsen.
Shout out to Yui for allowing us to shovel/clear some snow around haha, (we had never done it before)

We had a wonderful stay that truly felt like a home away from home. The owners were incredibly friendly and caring, a beautiful reflection of Japanese hospitality, and they created a warm atmosphere that brought all the guests together.
Their adorable daughter welcomed us with such innocence and joy, making the experience even more special. The room was cozy and comfortable, and building an epic snowman in front of the house was the perfect finishing touch. We left genuinely happy and grateful for such a memorable stay.
I would just add a small night lamp in the room in case needed.
