Íntegramente reformado en 2013. Mobiliario moderno: mesitas centro salón y mesita PC. Comedor polipiel y cama de matrimonio de 2016, colchón de 1,50 m x 2,00 m, para que ud. Se sienta como en su casa. Sofá cama sistema italiano de 2018, colchón de 1,20 x 1,90. Terraza con 50% de superficie cubierta y 50% sin techo que permite disfrutar del sol más allá de medio dia, con dos toldos.
Equipado para 4 personas, máximo permitido. Aire acondicionado para frío, emisores de calor. Jardín, zona de juegos y piscina comunitarios.

The apartment was clean and tidy, it had a great view. The location is great, but the pool is small and there are no sun beds around it.

It was exactly as the photos show. Really enjoyed using the kitchen, it has everything you could want to use when cooking a meal. The bed was very comfortable, and there is plenty of cupboard space. We loved sitting out on the balcony, which from around 3/4 o clock no longer has the sun full on, leaving a cooler space to sit in the evenings.
We loved the apartment and Calpe so much, we have already booked our return for the same time next year.
