Disappointing. Only one night, not enjoyable.

We know the hotel well. The best location in Vassouras.

The hotel poorly maintained and dirty especially the bathroom with cockroaches. Damaged furniture in the bedoom Anexo II apto 103. Very poor and noisy air conditioning. We slept badly. Breakfast is poor, no orange juice!

Bedroom 7 is small. Poor lighting. Reading is difficult. TV has very limited channels and poor sound. nNo orange juice or pão de queijo at breakfast.

Tudo muito histórico e lindo. Assim que entramos na pousada, parece que fomos transportados para outro século. Ambiente

Quarto aconchegante, colchão maravilhoso, tudo limpinho, quando abrimos a porta veio um cheiro maravilhoso.

O bolo de cenoura servido no café da manhã estava mofado, aparentando estar bem antigo. É apenas um ponto de atenção, que não chega a comprometer a experiência geral, que foi muito positiva.

Fomos picados por abelhas e a cama que deveria ser de casal eram duas de solteiro juntadas, desconfortável para dormir a dois.

Ótima localização, mas o hotel carece de reforma.

Permitiram um late check out, visto que tínhamos chegado quase de manhã de um casamento.

Os quartos precisam de uma reforma, frigobar antigo enferrujado, teias de aranha perto do ar condicionado. Entendo que é um hotel histórico, mas vale uma melhor conservação e uma atualização do padrão. Fiquei hospedado no anexo II, não tive ajuda com a bagagem nem ninguém para acompanhar até o quarto. Café da manhã fraco.

Fiquei aborrecida com a demora na solução do problema do quarto! Tem três horas para o chekin!

É um hotel tradicional de Vassouras, bem decorado com quadros relativos ao império e ao princípio da República, tem piscina, bom estacionamento, um bom café da manhã, no quarto uma boa televisão com canais fechados e abertos, bom chuveiro!

O quarto 303, que tem uma boa vista para a cidade, mas distante da casa principal, com muitas escadas, estava com a fechadura quebrada e tivemos que esperar por duas horas para que o hotel resolvesse o destino da nossa hospedagem à noite! Ah sim, geladeira desligada! Eu que tive de ligar! Nos colocaram no quarto 10 sem vista alguma, também com muitas escadas, voltado para uma parede e a porta do banheiro agarrando.
