Ładne miejsce, przytulny pokój, miła obsługa, smaczne śniadania, szybki stabilny internet, ciche pokoje.
Pogoda... ale na to hotel nie miał wpływu :) Łóżko duże, wygodne, ale... złożone z 2 materacy które się rozjeżdżały... Goście hotelowi przychodzący na śniadanie z pieskami... No i nie wiem co działo się z telewizorem ale ostatniej niby średnio co 2 godziny sam się włączał...

Lokalizacja atrakcyjna jak na Iławę miasto bo na styku dwóch jezior, mimo to cisza w miarę i bezproblemowo. Miły personel, czysto, śniadanie dobre, golonka w restauracji dobra ale za duża ;-) - ceny w weekend sierpniowy długi adekwatne ale duużo niższe niż 4* hotele np. w Ostródzie.

Znakomita lokalizacja hotelu, tuż nad brzegiem jeziora z pięknym widokiem zarówno w ciągu dnia jak i w nocy na przeciwległy Nabrzeże. Przesympatyczny personel. Bardzo praktycznie wyposażona Łazienka. Wygodne łóżko.
Przy otwartym balkonie słychać było przejeżdżające w okolicy pociągi.

Wielkość pokoju, okolica, śniadania.
Brak słuchawki pod prysznicem, trudno umyć się bez moczenia włosów!!!! Woda w dzbanku filtrujacym- mało zachęcająca opcja. W nocy bardzo łatwo spaść z łóżka, bo materace są tak po bokach zagłębienie, że mimowolnie się spada!!! Absolutnie źadne 4 gwiazdki !!!!
