Lovely location, beaches beautiful, nice and quiet location.

Disappointed you had to pay extra for gym and indoor pool. outdoor pool ok but a bit small. We booked because as a family usually use the gym on holiday, this was very misleading in the booking. Would put us off booking in future. Very poorly equipped gym anyway.

No access to a gym. No cooker to make ie pizza etc

The apartment was well equipped though the decor was a little tired. The location was excellent and the free use of the pools great.

Some of the furniture could do with a re-paint. Check out was a bit of a problem. Made an appointment for the apartment to be checked at 9:15 but no one turned up. Sat around waiting until 10:00 but then had to leave. Only issued with one large and one small towel, should actually state that on the webpage information. I would have taken a couple of my own had I known. Beds are very low, bit difficult to get in and out if you are elderly or have joint problems. The underground parking spaces are very small, not always guaranteed a space if you arrive late in the evening.

Everything was great till we asked for invoice 🙁.

Nice swimming pool. Residence close to the beach and ocean. Comfortable bad. Dishwashing machine in the kitchen.

Staff very unprofessional. We didn't received invoice even we asked for and we explained that we really need it. Payment done by credit card & bank confirm that money has been correctly transfered. Additionally on "booking" there is clear information that hotel is responsable to give the invoice. This is scandal and against to the EU low! I'm so sad, that our perfect vacation finished with problems we've got now due to missing invoice.

Appartement très bien situé au bord de mer. Et bien agencé avec beaucoup de rangements dommage qu il soit vetuste.

Appartement en mauvais état trou et fissures dans les murs... et le canapé dans un état lamentable. De plus ont nous dit vous êtes surclassé avec vue mer... c etait plutôt vue sur le toit😔

L’accueil. L’appartement était très propre. Lave vaisselle et suffisamment de vaisselle, grille pain, cafetière filtre et bouilloire. Spa avec tarif préférentiel, la plage et le restaurant au pied de la résidence

Logement très vétuste, peinture qui tombe en morceaux au-dessus du lit , joint salle de bain très sale , wc avec de mauvaise odeur, literie très mauvaise cette location aurait grand besoin de rénovation

La proximité de la plage et la possibilité de faire de belles balades à pied. Le fait que le linge de bain,de lit et la wifi soient inclus. La possibilité de faire le check in en ligne et d’être prévenu si le logement est disponible plus tôt que prévu. Le logement très fonctionnel. La proximité de l’espace bien être et du restaurant. La gentillesse et l’écoute du personnel. La délicieuse pizza de Clem qui a bravé la tempête avec son camion!!

Un séjour détente et reposant, idéal pour les familles.

Localisation proche de la plage, restaurant, parking gratuit, piscine et ambiance calme. Appartement bien équipé, literie confortable et personnel au top.

Un établissement avec un beau potentiel qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (remplacement de parasol ou électroménager ménager rongés par le sel, remplacement luminaire piscine pour éviter de se blesser, chaufferie piscine et spa à habiller pour limiter le ronronnement) et un wifi de meilleur qualité.

Nous sommes conquis, nous qui venions avec un à priori de méfiance pour ce genre d'établissement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement à 100 m d'une plage magnifique. Le personnel est très accueillant et très réactif dans une ambiance détendue, ceci grâce à l'empreinte très positive de la directrice. L'espace balnéo et fitness est très bien équipé (deux salles de hammam). L'appartement était calme, ce qui implique une bonne isolation phonique. Etablissement bien fréquenté par des familles dont les enfants peuvent profiter de la piscine. La proximité d'un bon restaurant. Nous reviendrons !

Agréable séjour au bord de l'océan

La résidence est très bien placée face à l'océan, à 5mins à pied du petit centre de Guidel plage avec boulangerie, restaurants et petits commerces. La résidence dispose aussi d'un restaurant sur place. Le spa sur place est très agréable et les soins proposés en complément sont très variés (et agréables pour le soin que j'ai fait). Le kit bébé nous a été offert avec lit bébé, baignoire et chaise haute.

Nous sommes content de notre séjour, nous nous attendions à autre chose.

L’emplacement était super ! Le personnel très agréable ils sont disponibles dès que nous avons une question. Le logement avec la salle de bain, toilette séparée très agréable. L’accès au spa est un confort en plus. C’est une résidence très calme et reposante.

La taille de la terrasse dans le logement était vraiment petite. La literie pas du tout confortable, nous avons dormis sur les lattes du lit, le protège matelas est collant. Pour un hôtel spa nous nous attendions à autre chose niveau literie. Invasion de fourmis dans le logement.

Wir waren schon letztes Jahr da, die Nähe zum Meer, dass Restaurant, Mega lecker, Personal sehr freundlich, Spa ist super.

Dieses Mal war der indoor Pool geschlossen, wegen der Heizung schon seit Februar. Und man bekommt keine Nachricht darüber, dass hat uns geärgert, weil wir uns deswegen auch zu dieser Anlage entschlossen hatten. Geht garnicht

La résidence est très bien située, en bord de mer et proche des commerces. La piscine de la résidence propre et chaude dès le mois de mai. Personnel accueillant. Calme.

La literie est très dure, il manque un tapis de bain et un torchon pour la vaisselle. Nous avions choisi cette résidence pour le spa et la piscine du spa est fermée jusqu'en juillet, heureusement il y avait celle de la résidence.

Logement propre dans l’ensemble, personnel agréable et souriant. Très bien situé, idéal pour se balader à pied et découvrir de nombreux sites intéressants à proximité.

Seul bémol : le lit, dont le matelas est très usé et mériterait d’être remplacé. Nous l’avons constaté en retirant par inadvertance le protège-matelas, ce qui a confirmé notre ressenti d’inconfort pendant les nuits.

La piscine intérieure non acessible car apparement en réparation .... alors que nous avions choisi cette résidence parce qu'elle comportait une pisicine couverte : énorme déception sur cet aspect !!!!!! Après lecture des avis, à postériori, ce problème semble très récurrent chez ODALYS.

L'accès au Hammam et au sauna. Même si c'était payant

Le mobilier qui est vieux et taché, usé alors que les photos datent de quand c'était neif, il y a 12 ans. Le ménage dans le logement qui cache la misère avant que l'on arrive, c'est sale... Piscine fermée car HS et nous n'avons pas été prévenu lors de la réservation ni a 'notre arrivée... Nous avions réservé car il y avait une piscine comprise dans le tarif... C'est inadmissible, ça s' appel du vol.. La prestation ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons payé. Les horaires de l'accueil aléatoire... Bref nous sommes venus, avons vu, avons été volé mais ne reviendrons plus dans un établissement Odalys
