There had been a mix up with the cleaners and the house had not been cleaned before we arrived, but the local guys did their best, and it wasn’t a massive problem. The cleaners came the next morning. It’s a great place for a big family get together, with lots of things to keep both children and adults happy.

Property was excellent. Second time we as a family have stayed here. It never fails to impress. Only downside was a couple of the mattress protectors were a bit brown in colour perhaps needing replaced. Apart from that everything was excellent from chatting with Jennifer our host and Paul who met us on both occasions who obviously loves the house and his love is quite clearly shown when he talks to you. We had our 6. Month old puppy with us we had his crate in the bedroom with us which was fine lots of lovely walks as well the enclosed garden area at the back was ideal to let him wander about too A great house for family and a great place for your pets. We will be back next year for sure .

The house is lovely but we had a few issues while we were away. The fridge was not cooling and was actually warming the food resulting in a lot of our food having to be binned, including the meat for our new years day dinner. We couldnt get the jacuzzi bath or shower with jets to work and there was a bad smell in the downstairs toilet. The website says there is an EV charger which we couldnt find, we text the emergency number to ask but didnt get a response. We did have a good time and the house is lovely but I am disappointed to have contacted the host after leaving to make them aware of these issues and get no response at all. I would like to hope that these issues, especially the fridge would be fixed for future guests. Thanks
