Overall a good experience with a few niggles.

Location, parking, nightly entertainment and helpful staff.

Somewhat small room and little cupboard space. The A/C was noisy and kept starting up with a clunk. One bed was squeaky and distubed my partner when I turned over during the night.

One of a kind. Especially for families

I like the care to detail. Host very kind and diligent . The food was exceptional. Great Sazon, cultural, variety and presentation. The private beach and lunch . A unique view, while watching and drinking. Pool clean and warm Mrs. Arroyo

Good family-friendly hotel

Convenient location and family-friendly hotel! Santa Cruz Beach is a 3-minute walk away from the hotel. My small dog was also allowed to stay with us for an extra fee. I wouldn't say this was a relaxing place to stay (lots of families with young kids and karaoke or other events at the bar downstairs every night), but the noise always stopped before midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

we stayed here for almost two weeks and would return again.

Friendly staff and walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and stores. live music in the lobby most evenings and restaurant available

it is a hotel used by all inclusive tours so it could get quite crowded with families with young children so the pool was quite busy most of the time. The beach club was great but the water at the beach is too rough for safe swimming. There is a pool though.
