Lovely stay will hopefully go back Highs Fantastic breakfast with full options everyday Lovely roof top. Great views, seating area, small pool to cool off Mainly friendly helpful staff especially front desk Great location, central, easy to find Easy bus connections if you can't hire a car Beautiful part of the island Comfortable bed, powerful shower and hot water, spacious quiet room.

Decent hotel in good location let down by mostly cold or just warm showers ( room 207 ). Also some of the should be breakfast hot items were cold.

We were told there was internet we have complained everyday but only excuses. Staying for a week without internet very frustrating in today’s world!

We arrived and was shown into room #### downstairs and right next to boiler room. I had asked for a quiet room and this most certainly wasn't. All that was in the room was a large double bed with a very thin nylon coverlet on it and wardrobe with no doors. The room was very cold. About 30 minutes after a shower a disgusting drain smell filled the entire room. There is also a pool table very close so not only was the boiler droning away we had the noise of a very raucous party shouting around the pool table. We decided to go out and closed the curtains only to find there was only a curtain on one side of the window and a light right outside our window. We asked to be moved and was told only if we paid an extra £45 to upgrade then we could. Next room much better #### on 4th floor but still very cold in the room. No heating available but at least there were 2 extra blankets. Only 2 sachets of shower gel and no kettle/cups. Breakfast was only just passable, fried eggs fried to a crisp. Very poor selection. This is definitely more of a 2 star budget hotel. Shame because the foyer is stunning but the hotel very cold and poorly looked after. Thank god we only booked for 3 nights.
