The Palladion hotel is a wonderful place in Crete, where you can completely wind down and relax in the caring environment of Samouil and Rena. The location is perfect, the pool with the views on the mountains was beautiful every day and night, we loved the Greek salad at lunch and no question was too much for the staff.
That we had to leave ;)

The owners are the loveliest family. So welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely , very clean. Balcony with a lovely view. Close to beach and town

The host is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a quite location.
The bedroom is much smaller than it looks on pictures. I was under impression that there will be a balcony and multiple windows in the bedroom. Though the bedroom was actually the first room you walk in to, it was very small and dark as there is just one small window in the room.
Another big issue was that there was no hot after 11pm and in the morning before at least 11am. The water is heated by solar system but clearly they do not have enough hot water supply for all their customers.
