I like the size of the room, the atmosphere inside and around the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable with convenience facilities.

There is no lift it might not convenience for the heavy luggage.

We enjoyed the convenient location, which made it easy to walk between Market Village and Bluport shopping centres. Our room with direct pool access was a highlight of our stay. It was perfect on hot days to simply step into the pool for a refreshing dip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with a special mention to the male kitchen staff for their excellent service.

The hotel is starting to show its age. This is our third time staying here, and we've noticed that some areas of the property could benefit from refurbishment. The landscaping in certain parts of the hotel also looks tired and would improve the overall appearance if it were refreshed. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and hope to see some updates in the future. Breakfast was decent, but there is room for improvement. During our four-day stay, the menu was largely the same each morning, so a bit more variety would have made the experience even better.
