Excellent location for our needs and travel purpose. Really loved having a washer machine, very useful for our month long stay!

Very nice and cozy apartment in a safe area, close to the metro (it's even possible to walk to the city centre in around 20-30 min). The balcony was a great extra, the bed was comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and we barely heard any noise from the street. If you like to sleep in, there are good, heavy shutters that you can roll down to keep the sun out. The host and cleaning lady were very friendly, uncomplicated and gave us some good recommendations on places to see. It was easy to communicate with them via whatsapp. There are a lot of places to eat/shop in the area, Palermo and Palermo Soho are quite close, too. For us it was the perfect place for spending a few relaxed nights and still get to all the important places in Buenos Aires easily. Important note: Payment is in cash - it was no problem to pay in €.

The only drawbacks: The kitchen was a little bit dirty in some places (The sponge looked quite old, and parts of the floor were a little sticky). Also, the wall-mounted drying rack on the balcony needs replacing.
