Nous avons aimé l'emplacement au calme total tout en étant à moins de un kilomètre et demi à pied de l'endroit le plus animé de playa Blanca. Et à 300 m de la marina.

Lovely area, very nice neighbours. The villa was very clean on arrival, with a well provisioned kitchen. The walk to the marina is short and easy. Great value for money for sure.
Some things are a little tired, doors a little hard to shut properly, flaky paintwork. But was told the owner is going to address these little things soon. Did not put us off at all.

Ligging in een rustige residentie, op kwartiertje lopen van de Marina . Alles schoon bij check-in. Supermarkt op 5 minuten loopafstand.
Hang en sluitwerk deuren/ramen was erg verouderd en aan vervanging toe . Met name raam in badkamer boven kon niet gesloten worden . Verder van beneden deur slaapkamer naar terras achter ging niet goed open of op slot. Keuken was erg oud en er was bv geen vaatwasser.
