The size of the property was great! The living area inside and out was lovely and spacious, perfect for a group or family

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the property wasnt great, dishes and cutlery in the cupboards needed re-washing, grime on the back of the bathroom door, we could not find any firewood or starters as noted in the accommodation instructions, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the whole weekend for a booking of 8 guests and we had to hand wash 1/2 of the dishes in the dishwasher as it didnt clean properly.

Great for hosting a large group

Beautiful location. Clean and tidy with a great sized living room and kitchen. Ample parking and plenty of crockery to use. Firewood left for both fires.

The spa kept temp tripping every 30seconds and no one was sent out to check it as I was told it was a ten minute fix by resetting it which I had to continue to do the whole weekend trying to get it to work. Nicole was very apologetic about this but the spa is the reason we have booked this house for the 3rd year so very disappointing. I don’t think the pool company was leaving it running long enough to see it trip as it would turn on then would trip again. Also not enough toilet paper for a group booking so we had to go and purchase more. The front yard where majority of people would sit could do with a tidy up. The grass is almost all gone or dead and weeds are coming through and uncut making it look messy.

The inside of the property was gorgeous - just like the adverstised pictures.

The entire garden was overgrown - full of weeds and unkept. The spa was non operational - the main reason we booked this property was because of the spa and we were only told 1 week prior to our arrival that the spa was not working. The chlorine tablet in the plunge pool was extraordinarily strong - it turned all our sterling silver jewellery black. The property needs outdoor maintenance as it was not representational of what is advertised.
