Traditional Hotel & Restaurant !! Kurseong !! Best Hotel in Kurseong

Everything was amazing, the rooms are the best, very clean and very spacious. The staff are very kind and helpful, the views are amazing and the location is very close to the town. The restaurant is very nice and the food was so nice. Highly recommend

The staff and their service was just awesome. They looked after all your needs and try to fulfill it by best of their ability. Special thanks to Ms Rashmi, she made our stay comfortable and arranged all our needs. Thanks to the management for making our stay memorable.

Cleaning of rooms needs improvement.

Best place to stay if you are planning vacation in Darjeeling. Everything from staff to room was amazing. Little bit far from main city Darjeeling but easily accessible and if you are looking for some calmness this should be your first choice.

Le personnel était vraiment sympathique, mais je crains qu'une grande partie d'entre eux ne comprenaient pas l'anglais. L'hôtel est propre, bien agencé, les chambres agréables, présence d'un chauffe-eau, et TV connectée. Le wi-fi fonctionnait très bien. Placé dans un coin calme de la ville, nous étions entourés de plantation de thé.

La nourriture manquait cruellement de saveur. Bien que nous commandions en avance (1h avant l'heure du dîner ou petit déjeuner), rien n'était prêt dans les temps, pas très grave nous n'étions pas pressés. Le premier soir. Une des.commandes n'est arrivée qu'au moment où nous allions partir, on avait signalé qu'il en.manquait une mais le serveur ne nous comprenait pas La restauration est à améliorer !!! Mais le centre est accessible à pied pour manger à l'extérieur au besoin. La literie était vraiment trop dure pour nous. Le matin, il y a eu de la musique à partir de 7h, bien dommage pour nous qui souhaitons nous reposer.
