Villa superbe, séjour inoubliable ! Le personnel était juste exceptionnel professionnel, chaleureux et toujours disponible. Toute l’équipe était au top. Je recommande à 100 % !

This is a really unique luxury villa built with a lot of love, beautifully decorated with an amazing architectural touch, the size, landscape and outdoor garden was really beautiful and very spacious, not to forget the swimming pool which was very clean and overlooking a beautiful sarrounding of the ocean and mountains, fresh air quite and away from the congestion and crowd. The villa was very safe, clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable (beds, high quality sheets and towels, bathrooms, central heating / air conditioning in easch room made our stay even more comfortable which is an undeniable bonus in both winter and summer). Communication with the host and housekeeper was excellent and smooth, they were both very kind and helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. They were extremely fast to answer and help out. I really thank them for making our stay so great. My family specially the kids really loved the villa as well as the swimming pool. Its just a couple minutes drive from the beach, cape sparta, and restaurants. We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this villa and will definitely be back. I really thank Mr Mohamed and Mr amr as well as the housekeeper for welcoming us to their property and everything they did to make our stay great and memorable...

Nothing, everything was good

It looked just like the pictures, very aesthetically pleasing. Lots of space including various outdoor areas. Gated so felt safe and wonderful sunsets over the sea. Lovely morning roof terrace to enjoy early sun. The owner/manager was helpful and came to help with immediate issues and we were grateful he wasn’t too annoyed when we turned up late for check in.

The house was very cold (mid Feb visit) Although temperatures were fair outside (15ish degrees and sunny) the house was so cold, perhaps no-one had been in for a while. We had to have the three air conditioners which worked on to heat. It had warmed up by our last day (4night stay). There is something wrong with the plumbing in at least the main bathroom, which caused a permanent smell. The driveway was cut out of a field, so would recommend you take the damage waiver on any rental car! Kitchen not brilliantly equipped, no tea towel etc and generally a bit short on towels around the house. Pool wasn’t in use, though I’d seen a note saying it was open all year.
