Posizione centralissima. Colazione poca scelta di salato. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di avere un posteggio non lontano in autorimessa (dietro pagamento)

Essendo in centro la sera può diventare abbastanza rumoroso.

Posizione centrale comodissima a un passo dal mare. Personale molto gentile e sempre sorridente! Colazione e baci di Alassio ottimi 🥰

A large modern and comfortable room right in the centre of Alassio. Good air conditioning. Breakfast taken on the square of the city. Mohamed who helped us with parking the car and served us breakfast. Hard working and always smiling.

Access to the room through a very narrow door. No reception area. No bathrobe as stated. Lack of shelves in the bathroom. No English TV channels. Noisy at night. No response to our issue of water not draining properly. Messages being sent in italian and not english. Pretty expensive for a room only.

The staff was wonderful, helpful and cheerful. The room was quite clean, a little sparse, but the new bedding was very comfortable.

There were NO directions on how difficult it is to find! Alassio has many pedestrian and one way streets and Google maps ignored these details. The hotel is on a MAIN shopping street: a large ad said Casa Balzola and it was boarded up! You had to go to a pastry shop labeled Balzola to find the proprietor! Once found, he was lovely as were all others. My room entry was a little wooden door in between shops, I had to be shown how to get to it and how to access. Parking was several streets away in a below ground, triple gated area. Impossible to find on one's own! But again the staff was great and helped me navigate all these details.
