At your disposal a kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven and various utensils, a double service with washing machine and a bathroom with shower. The living area is also very bright and comfortable.
On the upper floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase to the apartment, the sleeping area is dedicated. There you will find a bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and one with two single beds, which can be transformed into a double if necessary.
In front of the apartment there is a small square where you can park freely.
Villa Charme is 600 meters from the beach where a park equipped for outdoor training has been set up. About 1.5 km from the center you will find beaches, restaurants, shops and nightlife, while just 14 minutes you can get to Punta Secca where is the famous house of Montalbano.

Myself, partner and child spent a week here. We enjoyed the house and the pool, which became very much part of our daily routine, especially with such beautiful sunshine. The pool is big enough to do a few strokes and keep you cool but for a longer swim I suggest you head to the beach. We walked to the beach, prob about. 5-10 min walk to beach and 20 mins to get to the Plaza (main square). Ask the owner to show you a cut through. Improvement wise I suggest the house could do with some added touches, like Wi-fi, the mattresses are pretty hard/uncomfortable and a bit more information about the area. I found the end of rental inspection and limit in the electric useage doesn’t make you feel very welcome or trusted and being a regular traveller have never experienced this when renting a property.
The area is great for families, restaurants, beaches and shops being close. The sea water is beautiful, try travelling about to other beaches.
