"We loved this apartment! The owners were very friendly, professional and genuinely cared for our positive vacation experience. We had a great time. Ideal location in Liguria and in Diano Marina. Beautiful beach nearby, with very clean water and not crowded. For people who find it difficult to walk on the hill up and down the beach, it is only 5 minutes by car or by bus. In the surrounding areas there are many small towns with beautiful views and restaurants."

"The casette and the view were gorgeous. Luigi and Jolanda were always available to help, from our late night arrival to the moment of departure. The path to the beach was quite walkable for us, and it saved time not needing to wait for a bus. The bus stop is right by the door on the way downtown, if only Italian buses were to follow schedules. Coming back late in the evening was an adventure, having to cross the street in dark. A weekly bus ticket was a good idea. We liked Diano Marina, Ligurian food and wines. Pirkko"

"What a stunning property, sea views, mountain walks, good train and road network to visit other towns. The owner and his wife were friendly and went out of their way to assist us. We cannot praise them enough, we'll definitely be going back. Wouldn't want to recommend this property, as we would like to keep it a secret!!"

Mooie vakantiewoning. Modern ingericht en voorzien van een complete inrichting. Leuk stadje in de buurt met goede restaurantjes, prima slager/groenteboer en luxe super. Strand is met de voet moeilijk bereikbaar maar met de auto zonder probleem. Minpunt is WiFi in het vakantiehuis. Toegezegd was dat WiFi beschikbaar was. Na vier dagen geen WiFi meer. Na onze klacht hierover werd er WiFi -capaciteit geüpload. Enkele dagen later weer geen WiFi. Daarna geen upload meer. Het kostte teveel geld volgens de beheerster. Tip: vertel van te voren eerlijk dat WiFi aan een maximum gebonden is.

Das Appartment hat eine schöne Lage mit tollem Blick. Die Straße ist etwas zu hören hat jedoch nie gestört. Leider war das Appartment nur auf dem 1. Blick sauber, d.h. Boden gewischt und Bad geputzt. Schränke, Möbel und vor allem die Küchenausstattung war leider nicht sauber. Für die EUR 50.- extra zum Mietpreis für die Endreinigung kann man ein anderes Niveau erwarten. Leider war mit der Vermieterin Jola hier nicht zu reden. Fazit: ein schöne Urlaub in Bezug auf Ligurien. Das Appartement ist ok, doch schaut Euche die Details vorher an und redet mit Jola.

Belle vue sur la mer. Mais attention l'appartement n'est pas si calme que cela. Route très fréquentée juste derrière. Du coup un bruit de fond est constant sur la terrasse et la nuit dans la chambre. Pas de volets non plus pour être dans la pénombre (salon et chambre). De plus nous avons été très déçus par l'attitude de la propriétaire à la sortie qui s'est montrée particulièrement agressive et de mauvaise foi concernant le règlement du ménage. Nous avons dû nous acquitter du tarif du ménage qui n'était pourtant qu'optionnel (comme le suggère le site). D'autant plus que nous nous étions donnés la peine de rendre l'appartement dans un état de propreté impeccable. C'est bien dommage.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer für ital. Verhältnisse guten Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Straßenverkehr ist zu hören - stört aber nicht, da das Haus etwas unterhalb der Straße liegt. Man muß gut zu Fuß sein, um den Trampelpfad zum Meer zu bewältigen. Vermieter wahr sehr nett. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Haben uns trotz der Via Aurelia hinter dem Häuschen sehr gut erholt. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen durch eine Dame, die das Deutsch perfekt beherrschte. Die Aussicht hat uns auch sehr gefallen.Tipp für den Eigentümer: überlegen Sie sich eine Abwaschmaschine zu installieren.

...definizione che calza a pennello a questo appartamento, molto bello ed ospitale, ottimo per noi e per la nostra bimba di due anni! Vista impagabile, bellissime le colazioni e le cene in terrazza, assaporando la brezza marina e i voli dei gabbiani che al calar del sole giungevano a Capo Berta. Il proprietario molto gentile e discreto, ha saputo darci utili informazioni per il soggiorno. Raggiungere a piedi il mare è possibile ma sconsigliabile con un bimbo piccolo. Ad ogni modo in giugno non abbiamo mai avuto problemi nel parcheggiare l'auto nei pressi delle spiagge, che si trovano a meno di 5 minuti di auto dalla casa. Se dovessimo tornare a Diano Marina, non esiteremmo a tornare qui!
