Relaxing stay and great food
Nice stay for a weekend in general. The food is really good overall the dinner buffet that we really enjoyed the taste of the food. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Some areas of the hotel are getting a bit old and need a renovation, overall in the area of the swimming pool dressing rooms. It is also a bit dirty and mould in the wet areas. The sofa cama bed is not confortable.

Schwarzwald is beautiful
Beautiful view, the hotel gives you the real feeling of Schwarzwald. The whole staff had a smile on their face no matter what. That gives everyone a relaxing feeling. Very nice breakfast. If you want to relax (without small kids 😄) then this place is definitly a superb choice. I did have small kids with me so i feel a bit sorry for the other guests, but we were there for only 1 night. 😊
What i didn't like was that i could not find anything that i did not like😁

Great view, very relaxing, good food, and pool!
location and view was amazing! family enjoyed the pool and the dinner was good.
No soap in pool showers, no rooms big enough for 5 so we had to be separated on different sides of the building

The location is exceptional! It is a good place for family.
The curtains were not dark to block light , they were very light in colour - white with some floral prints in light colour .This was the case in a single ocupancy room in which I stayed-105 and the other one - 104 offered as an alternative room by the staff. In the month of May the light comes till about 10 pm in the night and again in the morning, which starts at about 5.30 am before sunrise at about 6 am, so you do not get time to sleep because the room gets lighted and quite well lighted. I hope the hotel thinks logically and changes the curtains to dark colour. This was the only major factor that made my stay not good.
