Large and charming house in the village (set of 3 houses XVI° century with Renaissance parts) right next to the church (listed as Historical Monument). Bright house, restored by an architect in 2005/2007.
SPACIOUS ROOMS : 60m² dining room (10/12 seats) with open kitchen, 70m² lounge, game area including table tennis, darts and football, 3 very large bedrooms (25 to 30m², one of them is a separate house in the garden) with their own bathroom, 3 large bedrooms (15 to 25m²) and 2 additional bathrooms. The organisation suits for the quietness of several families with children.

la propriété est tout à fait adaptée à un séjour familial de 11 personnes et plus. Une plancha, un barbecue était à notre disposition, mais la plancha nous a suffit, nous ne sommes pas allés dans la grande salle à manger, puisque nous étions venus pour être ensemble. le terrain est vaste et par la canicule nous a aussi permis d'être à l'abri sous les arbres ou dans une maison fraîche.

Logement idéal pour un regroupement de famille ou d'amis. Beaucoup d'espace et les pièces sont grandes.

La maison d'Alexis est très spacieuse, chacun y trouve son cocon et en même temps les espaces collectifs sont vastes et agréables. Le jardin est superbe. La maison est bien équipée! L'emplacement est parfait pour se retrouver au calme à proximité de Marennes, Rochefort et de toutes les commodités. Un séjour parfait!
