Escape to your perfect coastal retreat! This fully fenced holiday home offers ample parking for boats and a flat, easy walk to the beach. Enjoy the convenience of nearby shops and the 1770 Boat Ramp. Featuring a BBQ, outdoor setting, a balcony off the master ensuite, and a spa bath, this home ensures a relaxing stay. With a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and provided linen, you'll have everything you need. Large groups are welcome – inquire about combining your stay with the adjacent Tides Inn.
The Space:
The spacious open-plan living area provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment. A double lock-up garage offers secure parking. Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms is designed for comfort, featuring a king bed, a queen bed, and four king single beds. For those who enjoy fishing, an outdoor fish cleaning area is available. Please ensure this area is thoroughly cleaned after use, utilizing the sink's scrap trap to prevent drain blockages. The scrap trap must be emptied and cleaned to avoid odors. Fish frames should be frozen until bin day or disposed of at the boat ramp bins. A hose with tank water is provided in the backyard for cleaning your vessel and the fish cleaning area. Enjoy your stay!

Big house, lots of room for 4 people in our group. Each had our own bedroom. Beds comfortable.We had good weather and enjoyed Agnes Waters

Our 2 families where easily accommodated. The house has everything we needed and the short easy walk to the beach was an added bonus.

I would question the exorbitant cleaning fee as we were given instructions to vacuum, sweep, do the dishes, clean the benches,strip the beds and put towels in the laundry, given that there was dust on most ledges, the windows were dirty inside, the floors were sticky,what is being done by the cleaners?
