Que el check in era a las 11 y se anuló la clave diciendo que era para no atrasar la limpieza , la que nunca llegó a esa hora.

The apartment layout is very good. The building is clean and well maintained. Good location to drive out to Osorno or Saltos de Palahue. Easy walking to central Puerto Varas. Restaurants nearby. Also really liked the Panaderia Pasteleria minimarket - nice patient people and good food! It's basically a very good space, with loads of storage space, well equipped, clean, pleasant, good showers. (Sofa should be replaced.) Only real issues are the corporate nature of dealing with HOM.

HOM is a big corporation that kind of does an end-run around the booking site - most communication once there will be via WhatsApp with their local rep. Direct contact is useful but does not leave a trail with the booking site. Upon booking, they ask for payment to a bank account - does not work well for our Canadian banks - but will send a link for credit card payment. That is fine if you are at home and can satisfy security alert if it happens. Could be a problem while traveling. Also it is unnerving because you must be careful to not include the "cents" or you will be paying 100 times more than the price. All instructions in Spanish so I asked many questions in order to be sure I was making correct payment. They did answer well. Incredibly, on arrival, in order to buy the tokens to use the washer and dryer, we had to follow the same process. We're talking about 3600clp or less than CAD$6. Then the receptionist laboriously writes out a long form before giving you two tokens - you can only buy 2 at a time and must repeat the process if you need to do more laundry. This may be conforming to the condo rules but why not have a few prepaid tokens available at reception for the apartment and just allow guests to collect them. Raise the price by a few clp for the convenience if you must. The only thing benefiting by this process is some financial institution. Very corporate attitude, not the fault of the local rep. We had only 3 hangers each for 3 people staying a week. When we asked for more, they agreed to deliver a few days later. There was a single dish towel to dry dishes - for a week. The initial response was that, yes, that is all they supply. When I pointed out that it was in their best interest to supply things that help us keep the apartment clean, they did include a couple more dish towels when they brought the hangers. We asked for and got a tray for the drying rack, since the water just ran on the counter and a little mold was developing.

Uma pessoa me abordou no WhatsApp falando que eu não tinha feito o pagamento, porém eu já tinha efetuado e já estava na acomodação. Me dei conta de que era golpe, ainda bem que não cair na historinha. Acredito que a conta pode ter sido hackeada. Outra situação que aconteceu, foi que eu precisava estender a diária para mais algumas horas e mandei mensagem para a administração solicitando e ela ficou de me confirmar. Fui na rua tomar um café e quando voltei o apartamento estava trancado com minhas coisas e documentos lá dentro.

Excelente ubicación y departamento. Todo muy limpio y ordenado, el departamento muy bien equipado y cómodo. Ubicado cerca del centro de Puerto Varas y con variedad de restaurantes cercanos al complejo. Anfitriones y personal del edificio muy atentos! Todo más que bien
