La gentilezza e la simpatia di Nicola, il gestore del ristorante. La cucina del ristorante. Il palazzo. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo.
La posizione non è molto agevole. Una sera abbiamo imboccato una stradina di campagna per tornare al borgo ed è stata un'avventura. Le camere hanno un arredo minimal e ci sta; aggiungerei un piccolo frigo. Aumenterei di poco il prezzo della camera e fornirei una bottiglietta d'acqua a persona, almeno all'arrivo. Si avverte l'assenza di uno staff che ti accolga all'arrivo e ti saluti alla partenza. Non abbiamo conosciuto il manager dell'hotel, ci siamo fermati solo una notte. Alla prenotazione, last minute, abbiamo ricevuto dozzine di messaggi WhatsApp (testo, audio e video) che spiegavano come arrivare, dove parcheggiare, come rientrare la sera, ecc... troppe informazioni da gestire mentre si è alla guida.

Esterni ed interni tutto molto curati.
Dovrebbero attrezzarsi meglio per la colazione che, essendo servita in un piccolo bar difronte la struttura, esclude la possibilità di consumarla salata. La qualità non manca.
