Superbe vue sur la plage,
Appartement dans un beau bâtiment (et non dans une « barre de béton » comme il y en à malheureusement trop à Gijón.
L’appartement est spacieux.
Un rafraîchissement général de l’appartement serait le bienvenu, on voit que la dernière rénovation doit dater (murs tachés, équipements de la cuisine usés ou manquants, literie vieillissante).
Il est dommage que le ménage réalisé n’inclut pas les fenêtres. C’est du gâchis d’avoir une si belle vue mais des fenêtres sales.

Emplacement parfait. Appartement très agréable
Un souci de velux bloqués dans une chambre empêchait toute ouverture. Difficile en plein été… Mais l’intervention doit avoir lieu le jour de notre départ. Un ménage approfondi des placards de cuisine serait nécessaire.

Lovely apartment! Beautiful views of the sea in both directions. Great location. Comfy beds, good water pressure in shower, nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our morning coffe/tea. We parked in the nearby San Agustin lot (15 Euros/day). Very convenient. It was very easy to get the keys to the apartment from the lockbox. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. I recommend the restaurant La Iglesiona. Their menu del dia was great!

Just a heads up to those with problems going up stairs… the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs in this 2 story apartment. This will not be a problem for most folks (it wasnt for us), but it may be for some.
