Great location - in walking distance to Town Centre & 2 minutes walk to the Seafront.
On-street parking only. No tin opener or potato peeler. No freezer compartment in fridge.

The annex was very cosy and close to the seafront - which was precisely what we were looking for. The sea was quite literally a 2 minute walk, and Eastbourne town within 10 minutes. It had everything you needed for a short stay and was definitely budget friendly compared to many other alternatives.
At times the annex could become very stuffy and humid, which was fine because there was a fan for us to use. However sometimes it would take ages for towels to dry despite all the windows open and fan on.
