the cleanliness, the size, modern appliances, easy access, catered to our number of family, fans and air conditioning - the response was prompt when I couldn't get the air con to work
the main king bed is uncomfortable, too soft and sinks to the middle and the frame squeaks every time you move

Great location near my be mile beach. Property has everything you need and cooking utensils and all essentials are provided. Home is spacious and relaxing.
The bed in the master bedroom is a bit saggy and the linen in the other double bed room is a bit dusty. There was a garage but the remote did not work as it’s most likely out of batteries so we had to enter and exit the garage manually during our stay. Property agent was notified but it was over the weekend so this issue was not resolved during our stay.
