Very nice receptionist. Great barman. Good storage for bicycles.
There was a loud noise that sounded like a generator just outside our bathroom window. It was a softer noise when we kept the bathroom door closed, but it was still unpleasant. The "river view" was mostly a view of some trees and a road beyond the trees. I did not realize that the hotel was next to a major highway with the sound of passing large trucks.

Second stay here. Spotlessly clean modern rooms. Food is served every day, very reasonable prices. Easy parking.
The doors are heavy and the floors wooden, so it can be noisy when people are moving around. The aircon could be better.

What a wonderful and peaceful place in the Basque countryside. Exceptionally well kept up. It was a place that gave one a relaxed sigh.

Staff and parking. Old historical building.
Wedding at the hotel very noisy. We were allocated rooms right above the event could’ve been moved to the other side of the hotel? Also the fire alarm went off early morning no staff knew what to do.
