The structure is really nice and rooms are modern, comfy and also warm in cold weather. Bed is great!
The staff seemed very lost. We got overcharged (and then refunded) and were denied extra botles of water because the staff responsible for the kitchen was not there (it was 18h30 on a saturday). I had to insist to get water, which is not really good in hospitality terms. People in the breakfast wanted to charge extra for an extra boiled egg, which is honestly insane since we’ve payed 28 euros each for breakfast.

The room was fantastic and for the space a wonderful deal. The hotel is stunning and one of my absolute favorites! The breakfast, especially the local honey, was absolute perfection.

This is a beautiful hotel located in a gorgeous location in Beaux de Provence. The staff is very friendly and professional. Our room very elegant and the bed extremely comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel - delicious and well prepared. Breakfast in the morning was a huge buffet with lots of variety and eggs prepared to order - very good. We only stayed for the one night because we wanted to go to the Carrieres de Lumieres in the morning - only five minutes away - where we experienced the Little Prince Odyssey. It was amazing! We recommend staying at Benvengudo for a luxurious stay.

We have stayed here twice before. The setting is sublime, and well cared for.
We did expect great things.
We were disappointed that the menu in the restaurant did not change. It was very expensive for what was offered, including the wine.
We booked as it was our wedding anniversary of 53 years. The hotel made no effort despite having asked us for special details.
The bathroom products are less than average quality for a resort such as this, refills of very ordinary shampoo, into Luxe containers.
The snack menu was inadequate, either all meat and bread, or all cheese. Couldn’t they combine the two for a satisfying lunch?
