The hotel is very nice, the staff is always polite and ready to help you, the room was spacious enough and bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was good and with plenty of alternatives
The cleaning is not very thorough, our floor wasn’t super clean and even when we asked to clean the room and change the towels during our stay, the floor clearly hasn’t been cleaned.

At midnight there was a fire emergency. All guests were evacuated but not problem.
I think the staff responded well accordingly. I satisfied their safety job.

The hotel has a very nice location. Beautiful architecture.
It looks so NOT fresh. The room and the bathroom were quite dirty. The towels were horrible. Although they tell you that the breakfast is about 3 hours, you have to choose a certain hour, so like it or not, you might have to wake up very early in order to have breakfast. You will get a ticket!!!!
