La ubicación es perfecta, tiene parking privado gratuito ( es una explanada del hotel), el desayuno es tipo buffet todo super rico . El personal muy amable. Muy limpio. El precio estupendo. Fuimos 4 adultos en una habitación cuádruple q no era muy grande pero lo suficiente para estar cómodos.
Uno de los colchones tenía un poco hoyo, necesitaría ser cambiado, por lo demás todo perfecto. Recomendable 100%. Volveremos sin duda.

La ubicación es muy buena y el precio también. El personal, muy bien, amables y con ganas de agradar y ayudar.

Es un hotel con una persona en recepción dispuesta a ayudarte. Tiene parking privado, que en Santillana es algo a valorar y está en el centro del pueblo
Las instalaciones y mobiliario son muy viejos y necesitan una renovación y una mano de pintura La colcha tenía manchas. Hay mucha humedad y el baño no tiene ventana ni extracción mecánica. Para pasar una noche vale, para más lo veo incómodo.
