Super aardige eigenaar! Maakt elke dag een praatje. Daarnaast ook gratis drankjes gekregen. Locatie is top. Dichtbij busstation en het centrum van Gouvia. Scooterverhuur op 50 meter afstand, leuk om hier Corfu mee te verkennen.
Appartement is sober. Alles is aanwezig, echter geen luxe.

A very hospitable host, who sincerely cares about his guests, is available independently, which is very useful in atypical situations, such as the one that happened to us when the door fell off and we couldn't get back to the room because the keys were left inside. And it was early in the morning. We had to call the host ofc he was sleeping but didn't show any annoyance, and gave us a spare key. The sincerity was expressed in everyday care, short, friendly conversations, responsiveness, readiness to support and help. we recommend this guest house to those who travel to Corfu. Rooms were clean, with fully working kitchen, bathroom, a lodgy, very good air conditioners. Just an exceptional stay. Bus stop just minutes away that drives to center and all mayor cities

La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario Stavros. La centralità e la comodità a tutti i servizi. Gouvia è davvero in una posizione strategica per visitare l'isola.
Il wifi funziona bene, ci sono i condizionatori, quindi ottimo per il grande caldo, abbiamo sfiorato i 40 gradi in questi giorni di fine giugno e sarebbe stato davvero difficile sopportare il caldo senza.
C'è il parcheggio privato, quindi un plus non da poco. Vicinissimo al mare.
Ci sono pochissimi piatti, posate e pentole, se ci si ferma per un soggiorno un po' più lungo o se si è in quattro è un po' complicato preparare i pasti.
Non c'è lavatrice, quindi bisogna portare tutto in lavanderia. Ok, per brevi soggiorni, ma per lunghi soggiorni e' un po' più scomodo. Non ci sono nemmeno bacinelle quindi un po' complicato anche lavare a mano, ma ci si arrangia con il piccolo lavandino.
Non ci sono scope o stracci per lavare e quindi se mangi rimani con le briciole o il pavimento sporco tutto il soggiorno. Quando ho chiesto di poter avere una scopa mi è stato detto che avrebbero sistemato loro l'appartamento ogni due giorni, ma in realtà cambiano solo le lenzuola, gli asciugamani e buttano la spazzatura. Di pulire niente ed è un vero peccato perché l'appartamento è molto carino e centrale. Basterebbero alcune accortezze.
