Location, close to beach and the free trolley stop.
Lack of privacy (which we could see from photos) electric sockets not working in 1 bedroom and no ceiling lights so lamps have to be used. Microwave stopped working and no one came to fix it when reported. Parasol for the beach was broken and did report it. The house is up for sale so not sure I would have booked if I had known a surely they would cancel your booking if it was sold.

We loved the private heated pool. Close to the beach, shopping and dining.
Plus the property is in a quiet neighborhood.
The Villa was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were plentiful and the towels were soft. Plus beach towels. Indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable. The only thing missing were a couple of adult height beach chairs and the kitchen could use some storage containers.
We had a great stay. Only issue we had was for the directions to unlock the door. We managed to get in. A staff member came and showed us how to use the lock.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Pool und super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundlicher 24/7 Kundenservice. Der Pool wurde während dem Aufenthalt gereinigt. Immer wieder gern!
