Beautiful townhouse,I love that it had a coded door,and customer service was so helpful!

I had tight check out was 10am, although we were running late due to my sister passing.. we were rushing to get our things together when someone came in. With the pandemic, as well as my unfortunate circumstances,I’m having a hard time with the incident; as someone can be a carrier and not even know ,for our wellbeing as well as theirs, it was a health concern for me personally. They were great and gave us a little more time and I greatly appreciate that,I know it’s hard not only with the pandemic and life in general, but having guests who are late as is and (probably), over concerned about the pandemic, don’t always help the situation.
