Clean, spacious and location.
The property is excellent. However I have serious issue with the room not cleaned after my first night stay. After I checked out the hotel insisted they have informed me that room cleaning of staying guest is done between 7 pm and 11 pm. They expect staying guest to stay out late? This is a ridiculous management. On Friday at 8 am we informed them that our room is ready for cleaning. They could have cleaned it between 8 am and 2 pm before they prepare rooms for new guest. This is very bad customer service. The reception desk is unable to converse in english to provide a good service.
