This condo is only available for 30+ nights rental. This waterfront Tahoe Keys condo features great views of the marina and surrounding mountains. A few of the great amenities include a wood burning fireplace and two decks. Two new 48 inch LCD TV's are available for your enjoyment. A private boat dock provides easy access to the lake. Located within walking distance from the beach and a short drive from skiing and the casinos. Complimentary WI-FI is available! This condo is only avaiilable for 30 + night rentals.

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.

Well you probably need to explain that unit is bit dirty , and tv’s don’t work exempt for the living room , manager on site send a maintenance guy couldn’t fix the issues , he leave say it will call back next day , and that never happened, u know the price is descent is just like a motel 6 w/3 bedrooms . Very disappointing
