liked the location, being near a family residence we needed to visit a lot, also close to the rest of St.Kilda and the Carlisle st shops. The owner was responsive when asked questions. Every inch has been used effectively giving the best use of the small space available.
Road is a little noisy (earplugs provided though, that was thoughtful). The main lounge lights stopped working but the owner is active and responsive so I expect that will be fixed soon.
