A casa estava limpa, bem cheirosa, a localização é excelente, consegui deixar minha moto na garagem, sem problemas. Foi tudo muito bom.
Para minha namorada e eu, foi tranquilo, mas para alguém com alguma dificuldade de locomoção (idoso, PNE), pode ter dificuldade ao subir para o quarto, pois é uma escada caracol bastante ingrime.
