Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort nei minimi dettagli, ed e' quello che mi ha colpito di piu', pulizia impeccabile, immerso nel verde nella natura, e' un luogo ideale per chi cerca tranquillita' e pace, ho girato tanti appartamenti in tutta Italia, e questo e' stato uno dei migliori, c' era anche tutto per l' igiene personale, 2 televisori, uno in camera ed uno nel salone grandi e perfettamente funzionanti, ed anche i proprietari molto accoglienti e disponibili... Lo consiglio vivamente
Nulla, tutto perfetto, migliorerei solo qualcosa: qualche luce in piu' all' esterno fissa e zanzariera
all' ingresso, essendo in campagna e' normale che ci siano zanzare, fortunatamente anche se ne abbiamo trovata qualcuna dentro non ci hanno dato fastidio...
Consigliato a chi e' automunito non essendo al centro del paese, ma cmq raggiungibile in pochi minuti d' auto...

La casa è molto bella, pulita e ben organizzata! I proprietari, Daniela e Raffaelle sono molto carini e gentili, ci hanno fatto trovare anche acqua fresca in frigo. Zona molto tranquilla, ideale per chi vuole scappare dal trambusto della città.

Extremely well positioned for our purpose (located South of Rome, easy to access the Capital and the airports but also the touristic points of interest - cosy villages, sea, lakes, castles, everything that is important on a 20-25 km radius, the property is located exactly in the center of everything. Using a car is mandatory!
The property is located in a quiet area and the owners are just wonderful, kind, helpful!
The house looks way better than the pictures, full amenities available, it’s a gem. Thousands of TV channels, major platforms for streaming available on a wide screen smart-tv with a soundbar+subwoofer.
There was nothing to dislike. In order to reach perfection (if I were the owner) I would install a more powerful wireless access point and an AC unit for the hot summer days and nights (while there was a code red in the area (+40 degrees Celsius) the temperatures did not exceed 26-27 degrees in the house and there are two powerful fans available).
