The mountain view location is tremendous. Despite coming in a little late and not having made any previous arrangements for dinner, our host saw to it that we had a good dinner and also provide lunch boxes prior to our early hiking start the next morning. Much appreciated.
The dining room area was below our room and was a little loud as other people stayed up late.

Delicious food, the hosts provided a wonderful meal upon arrival at the guesthouse and also a great breakfast. They were even kind enough to provide a packed lunch upon request for us to take on our walk. Very accommodating, beautiful views from our room, lovely hot shower, cosy bed. WiFi was very good.

The location was absolutely beautiful, nestled in a very green valley with the mountain peaks all around. Cows, horses and pigs in the pasture (or in the road😅).
The food was incredible, home-cooked and varied. Their local jam and honey were probably the best I’ve ever had. And Bocho, the guest house owner, was warm, welcoming and helpful, and even taught us some Georgian words.
We were probably some of the first guests of the spring/summer season, so a few things didn’t work well. The place was very cold, but Bacho gave us another heater, which worked well. There must’ve been a dead animal in the wall of our bathroom, because it was really smelly and wouldn’t go away. And one of the lights in our room did not work well, likely an electrical issue. But I’m sure when the season is going strong, these things would likely get addressed.
