Kind and cozy stay!

Close to everything. Staff was very kind and it is great for people with limited mobility too! Everything was clean and comfortable as well.

Safe, but will not return

Location was good.

Curtains not in place. Privacy not possible. Explained to staff and my comment was brushed off. I am not a rookie. I have traveled extensively over the years (in excess of 750 Nights in hotels). I know how to use curtains :(

there is a bar or something new next to the hotel at the shopping mall/plaza and the music was terribly loud. We were on the third floor and couldn’t sleep til after 3:30 am when the place closed. We will not be staying there any more. Plus the only answer from the staff was that they were fully booked. In reference, to my reservation, we book and paid in advance. When we hot there there was no room available so we couldn’t check in. While we were at the event we had gone to, we received a call saying that if we didn’t show up before 10 pm they would give our room to someone else due to their high occupancy. This is RIDICULOUS; I had already paid for it on the app. I had gone there at 1 pm and could check in. Terrible atention. It got resolved only if we arrived before midnight. NEVER will I recommend this hotel again. it’s sad cause this is the 6 time my family and friends have stayed there. Breakfast was another fiasco. we got there at 9:30 cause it closed at 10:30 and it was full of people, mo tables and the platters were empty. they never got refilled. couldn’t even find a coffee mug.

The food wasnt good, the staff at the restaurant si not friendly, they just take care about the employeers and the área was dirty ALL time, i was eating with a lil giró 1 y and 6 months, nobody take care about us,

Location is nice and the staff was very kind.

Unfortunately cleanliness is very low in the bathroom, the restaurant and in general there were lots of spots that were dirty including the cups to have coffee during breakfast.

Rooms were HOT. A/C wasn't working. There were NO towels when we checked into.our room but the cleaning lady down the hallway immediately supplied us with some when I asked her.

Very nice hotel with really comfortable beds. Shower/washroom was perfect and the staff was absolutely amazing. The nicest most helpful staff I have seen so for on my travels in Mexico.
